LILLY HOPPER
PERSONAL TRAINER
B.S. Health & Human Performance
ACE Certified
Lilly grew up in the small town of Johnsburg, Illinois, where she discovered her passion for health and human performance through circus training. After taking her first aerial silks class, she quickly fell in love with the circus arts and began training, performing, and coaching. She later created her own performance business in the Chicago area, performing at corporate events, charity events, birthday parties, and other special occasions.
Through circus training and strength development, Lilly discovered the powerful connection between movement, fitness, and performance. After experiencing a sternum overuse injury, she became interested in using her passion for exercise to help others build strength, improve movement, and support long-term health.
Driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of fitness, Tyler is passionate about helping others unlock their potential, both physically and mentally. He is honored to support individuals on their own fitness journeys, guiding them toward lasting, positive change.
Lilly earned her degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Kinesiology from Illinois State University, where she continued performing as part of one of the world’s only collegiate circus programs. During her education, she discovered a passion for personal training and helping others build confidence through movement.
Looking for a new opportunity and a chance to grow both personally and professionally, Lilly moved to San Diego and completed an internship at Fitness Quest 10. Following a successful internship, she was excited to join the Fitness Quest 10 team in August 2026. Lilly looks forward to helping clients build strength, improve their overall health, and feel confident in their bodies.
