what is hyrox?
HYROX combines both endurance and functional strength. A standard race consists of 8 rounds of 1km run, each followed by one functional movement. At Fitness Quest 10, we break down these movements to ensure your form is flawless and your engine is unstoppable.

Fitness Quest 10 offers two HYROX classes each week. Sundays at 8AM at FQ10 South and Wednesdays 6PM at FQ10 North. Both classes are coached by certified HYROX coach James Vandergriff.
