M.S. Exercise Physiology, San Diego State UniversityACSM – Certified Exercise Physiologist
Jennah grew up in Oceanside playing softball and field hockey before heading to UC Berkeley where she studied Nutritional Sciences and played club softball. Going through her own athletic journey—and dealing with preventable injuries along the way—sparked her passion to help others train smarter, move better, and stay healthy for the long haul.
Jennah holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and specializes in VO2max testing and custom heart rate zone training. Over the past two years, she has worked directly with local firefighters, helping them build the stamina and durability needed for the job.
Whether you’re an athlete training for performance goals, or simply looking to move better, feel stronger, and maximize longevity, Jennah believes everyone deserves a personalized plan. She uses real health and fitness data to take the guesswork out of your workouts so you can train with purpose and avoid injury. As a hybrid athlete currently training for HYROX and playing in local rec softball leagues, Jennah brings energy, high-level coaching, and practical experience to every single session.
