Chek Integrated Movement Science level 1

Holistic Lifestyle coach level 2

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Jack, born and raised in San Diego, California, graduated from Torrey Pines High school where he played football and basketball. Jack went on to accept a full football scholarship to San Diego State University, and play wide receiver. Jack also prepared for football at SDSU, with the help of a few trainers at Fitness Quest 10, specifically the incredible trainer Laurence Ng. Unfortunately, due to injuries, had to stop playing football, and quickly jumped right into baseball. Where he spent two years at Riverside City College, studying kinesiology and playing center field.

After graduating from RCC, Jack attended Point Loma Nazarene, where he studied kinesiology, specifically exercise science. While in school, Jack began to train local high school and college football and soccer athletes, specifically for speed and agility. Having a background in speed work from playing days, thanks to the incredible knowledge from super bowl champion and San Diego native, Brett Swain. After one year, Jack made a decision to leave PLNU and enroll in the Chek Academy. The Chek Institute was founded by world renowned Holistic health practitioner and performance guru Paul Chek. Jack immediately fell in love with Cheks’ teaching and dove head first and has not looked back. Currently Jack holds certifications in Integrated movement science level one (Chek level 1), and Holistic lifestyle coach level 2 and is continuing throughout the entire academy. In a time of immense uncertainty, Paul Chek changed Jacks life, and Jack hopes he can change and impact as many lives as Paul has.

Jack has been training athletes for 5 years, starting his own business during the pandemic in 2019. Where he would travel with equipment and train clients in the comfort of their own homes. After a few years of independent training, Jack reconnected with Jeff Bristol, owner of FQ10 and took the opportunity to participate in Fitness Quest internship program, ran by the legend Ryan Rogers. After the internship finished, everything came full circle when Jeff offered Jack a position to be a trainer on the FQ10 team. Jack is now apart of the fitness quest 10 team and is enjoying training anyone from local high school coaches, to the next athlete to gain a scholarship.
