Athletic Development:

Our Athletic Development Program for Middle School Students at Fitness Quest 10 North is designed to inspire and equip young athletes with the skills, strength, and confidence they need to excel both on and off the field. Tailored for ages 8 and up, this program introduces participants to essential fitness foundations through weight training, resistance training, functional fitness, and targeted speed and agility drills. Every session combines expert coaching with engaging activities, including a dynamic “gametime” segment to keep workouts fun and motivating. Classes run after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, creating a structured, positive environment for middle schoolers to explore their athletic potential.
