BS Kinesiology, San Diego State University (’25)

Emily Goodwin brings fresh energy and expertise to both our North and South Fitness Quest 10 locations. After successfully completing her internship with us, Emily officially joined our team, bringing her passion for strength training and holistic fitness to our FQ10 community.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Emily developed her athletic foundation through multiple sports, competing in volleyball, basketball, and soccer throughout her high school years. This diverse athletic background gives her a unique perspective on cross-training and sport-specific conditioning.

When she’s not training clients, Emily embraces San Diego’s outdoor lifestyle. You’ll find her hiking local trails, exploring nature preserves, and soaking up the Southern California sunshine. Her adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for life are contagious, making every session with her both challenging and enjoyable.

Emily discovered her calling during the pandemic—helping others become the strongest versions of themselves both physically and mentally. She believes in the transformative power of fitness to build confidence, resilience, and overall wellbeing. Her approach combines effective strength training principles with personalized attention to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
