Hatha Vinyasa offers a blend of traditional asana (postures) blended with pranayama (breathing techniques) to balance, strengthen, and stretch our bodies. Modifications are offered to simplify or intensify postures.
This is a mixed-level class.
Restorative Yoga is a more gentle, meditative and relaxing experience with an emphasis on using props to posture our bodies while focusing on breathing techniques.
This class welcomes all levels.
