Janet received her training certificate through San Diego State University in 2003 and began interning at Fitness Quest 10 that same year.

Janet’s passion for health and wellness started while she was still in high school and grew stronger as she started a family. Janet believes that finding time for exercise and incorporating a healthy lifestyle is important as a trainer, mother, grandmother, wife, friend and mentor. Janet understands the demands of today’s stress-filled schedules but thrives on encouraging people to find balance and create healthy lifelong habits.

Janet runs seasonal specialty boot camp programs at Fitness Quest 10 in addition to personal strength and functional fitness training.  Her boot camps include “Bikini Boot Camp” and “Little Black Dress Boot Camp,” which are both four to six weeks long. These programs include cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, Pilates and nutrition.
