CSCS Certification

Taekwondo 4th degree Black Belt

Alexandria (Alex) Escobar grew up in Turlock, California, about 8 hours north of San Diego. Her background in sports began when she started taekwondo at the age of 10, which sparked her love for fitness and activity. She achieved her first black belt at the age of 13 and most recently earned the ranking of 4th degree black belt in April of 2021, and has traveled to South Korea twice. She began working out in a gym at age 16, initially bodybuilding.

She decided to pursue a degree in Kinesiology at San Diego State University (with a minor in Spanish) to expand her knowledge on exercise and on the human body. In 2018, she began powerlifting and has competed in two meets since then. During her most recent meet, she qualified for Collegiate Nationals and Raw Nationals.

You may recognize Alex from when she completed her internship with us in Fall of 2021. During her internship, she realized that the environment at FQ10 was one she thrived in and she made the most of her internship. She made sure to reach out to Jeff Bristol and express interest in joining the team.

After achieving her degree in December 2021, and a CSCS certification in 2022, she was invited to be on the FQ10 team and take over Fierce Bootcamp from Teddy Bristol. She is really eager to build her client base as a new member of the team. She would like to personal train primarily, emphasizing powerlifting in her sessions, but she has constantly expressed that she is willing to work with any individual. Her main goal in working in fitness is to help people of all populations to find their favorite way to maintain an active lifestyle. She is so excited to work with everyone on the FQ10 team and to get to know all of the clients!
