Athletic Development is the process of increasing the athleticism of every individual by focusing on the following:

  • Strength and Power
  • Mobility and Flexibility
  • Work Capacity (Total amount of work you can perform, recover from and adapt positively to)
  • Movement quality/efficiency
  • Aerobic/Anaerobic Conditioning
  • Speed and Agility
  • Joint integrity and movements specific to the biomechanics of the sport

Our incredible coaches will mentor the athletes to minimize risk of injury while participating in sports by:

  • Introducing each athlete to recovery/prehab strategies such as foam rolling and diaphragmatic breathing
  • Discussing the importance of how hydration, nutrition and sleep can contribute to athletic performance
  • Teaching the proper mechanics of the fundamental movement patterns such as:
    • Squat
    • Deadlifts
    • Hip Hinge
    • Push Up
    • Rows
    • Jumps
  • Developing a world class mindset to perform at an optimal level both on the playing field and in the classroom
