Resting Metabolic Profile Test
Food is your fuel and if you don’t fuel properly, you won’t achieve your goals. Having your resting metabolism tested gives you a better handle on your daily nutritional needs. The test takes just 15 minutes and all you have to do is rest during it! Get tested and get your:

Active Metabolic Profile Test
With your active metabolic numbers you can train more effectively to overcome plateaus and reach peak fitness. Go harder, last longer, and recover faster.
