Pilates exercise allows you the opportunity to strengthen and stretch your body in a way unique to traditional types of exercise. Pilates training is gentle and non-impactful yet highly effective in changing your body shape.

Fitness Quest 10 has a “true” Pilates program. We have Pilates reformers, Cadillacs, the step chair, and all the accessories. We supplement our Pilates program with the Gravity Trainer which is a phenomenal tool to maximally challenge you.

Our highly skilled, certified Pilates instructors are experts in listening to your needs, assessing you, and than designing a customized Pilates program to deliver you results! They will choose from over 500 Pilates exercises to maximally challenge you.

Our Program
Welcome Package: This is for a novice including 1 private session and 2 mat classes ($90). This package includes an evaluation, postural assessment, overview of the Pilates Principles, and an intro to each piece of Pilates equipment.

Private Sessions: This is a one-on-one personal workout focusing on your customized program.  You will receive an in-depth postural assessment and evaluation in the beginning and we include take home exercises for you to perform on your own as well.  If you are coming 2x a week, you will be reassessed every 3 months to objectively measure your progress.  We are all about delivering maximum results and private sessions allow us to deliver our expertise at the highest level possible!

Semi-Privates (2-4 people): This is a great way to train with a small group of people.  It is economical, you still get some individualized attention, it is fun, and it’s still a great workout.

Circuit Training (5+ people): This class utilizes all the Pilates pieces of equipment (reformer, Cadillac, chair, etc. but is limited in size.  Your trainer keeps you in a nice flow working through all movements on a variety of equipment getting a total body Pilates workout!  (See Requirements down below)

REQUIREMENTS for Any Circuit Training Class: We allow a maximum of 8 people in this class.  Therefore, you must sign up and show up based on the 24-hour cancellation policy or you will be charged your $20.00 class fee.  You must have a total of 6 total sessions (Private, semi-private, or mat) before entering Circuit Training class. This is to ensure your safety, maximize the flow and effectiveness of the class and for you to have the best workout possible.
