Join DPT and Personal Trainer, Britt Lillie, for a FREE Workout and Talk on May 13. Britt was an All-Region selection while playing at Ithaca college in New York.
Dr. Britt Lillie was born and raised in Rochester, NY. She attended Ithaca College majoring in Physical Therapy with a minor in Coaching: softball concentration. After six years, Britt achieved a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), B.S. in Clinical Health Studies, and a minor in Coaching. While finishing up her degree at Ithaca College, Britt became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist allowing her to train athletes/clients at a higher level. Britt played softball at Ithaca College for four years and continues to play fast pitch softball in the San Diego Women’s Fast Pitch league.
- Workout 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM — Limit first 20 girls (RSVP at 858-271-1171)
- Injury Prevention Talk – 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM — Prevent Injury from a variety of sources, such as pitching and labrum issues, or hitting and hip issues. Learn the proper prevention exercises and techniques to employ for the best results long term.
